This note covers the PayoutClerk waitlist on this website. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the waitlist form:
- Your email address
- Your answers to the two optional questions (about how many orders your store gets each month, and which accounting software you use), if you choose to answer
We also record the date and time you signed up, and a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address. That code only helps us block spam and repeated sign-ups. We do not keep your actual internet address.
We don't ask for access to your store or any customer information. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
How we use it
Only to contact you about PayoutClerk, for example to tell you when early access opens or to ask about your experience. Your optional answers help us decide what to build first.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your information.
Where it's kept
Your sign-up is saved in a private file on our web host that is not publicly accessible, and it may also be copied to our own email inbox. We keep it until you ask us to remove it or we stop running the waitlist.
Unsubscribe or delete your information
Reply to any email from PayoutClerk and ask to be removed, and we'll take you off the list and delete what we have.
Changes
If this note changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
